Since 1983, Dave has hired and trained hundreds of professionals in the recruitment industry.  He has been an integral part of building some of the Boston's leading recruitment firms.  Although Dave began his career specializing in administrative and financial support personnel, he quickly grew his expertise to encompass financial services and technology. He is well known in the industry and leverages his experience to place senior level financial services and technology professionals.

In June of 2004, he founded the Tomer Search Group. TSG is a network of senior level recruitment associates that participate in leveraged search assignments. In founding TSG, Dave also took care to tap into the best technology available. The network utilizes a professional research services staff to facilitate search assignments. Dave's client base includes traditional asset management firms, alternative investment, hedge funds, and Funds of Funds.
