About CCIR

Case Center for Imaging Research, a joint venture between Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and University Hospitals of Cleveland, extends the strategies that have led to successes in bringing novel imaging technologies to the CWRU campus, expands interdepartmental collaboration and interdisciplinary research and facilitates CWRU's becoming an emerging leader in imaging research. The center also creates the requisite regional intellectual and instrumentation infrastructure to allow interdisciplinary teams to grow to the next level of success, and lead to new synergies and interactions for development of additional future interdisciplinary research groups.
