Devereux was founded in 1912 by Helena Devereux in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is the largest not-for-profit provider of behavioral healthcare in the country, operating 15 centers in 11 states – Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas.
Devereux's Corporate offices, located in Villanova and King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, provide oversight, consultative services and support to Center locations throughout the organization in areas of Clinical Services and Research, Finance, Human Resources, Operations and Information Systems.
As a member of the Chief Clinical Officer's team, primary responsibility is to provide corporate -wide leadership and support for the implementation of clinical innovations and emerging best practices, with a primary focus in Devereux’s Mental Health Programs.
