    Four PhD studentships are available within the Imaging Concepts Group in the School of Physics and Astronomy at Glasgow university. The ICG conducts research ranging from fundamentals of imaging science, into the development of novel optical imaging techniques in computational imaging and hyperspectral imaging and into their application in fields such as retinal and medical imaging, surveillance and remote sensing. Most research involves a combination of Physics-based theory, modelling and experimental work. An enthusiasm for innovation and speculative thinking is particularly encouraged.

    All positions are open to UK/EU students.
