Fully funded 2-3 year position examining clinically-related applications of human peripheral neurons and glia derived from human embryonic stem cells. Primary areas of study are modeling peripheral neuropathies/regeneration, viral interaction, and maturation of peripheral sensory neurons. Strong molecular biology and cell culture backgrounds required.
