Penn State Berks (in Reading, PA) is a four-year college of The Pennsylvania State University with approximately 3,000 students that emphasizes excellence in pedagogy, research and scholarship, and outreach. We seek a dynamic individual to lead a diverse coalition of 50 full-time faculty members in disciplines including Arts, Communication Arts & Sciences, Education, English, Foreign Languages, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, and Theatre, with oversight for six baccalaureate and two associate degree programs.

The Division Head will support the development of the faculty in the areas of research, teaching, and service as well as promote the College's mission, working with the administration to articulate long-term College goals.
