Description:

The Experimental Neuroimaging Section (ENS) of the Laboratory of Diagnostic Radiology Research (LDRR) is now seeking qualified (Ph.D., M.D., or M.D./Ph.D.) applicants for a postdoctoral position in the ENS cellular and molecular imaging group. ENS continues to develop novel approaches that allow MR tracking of transplanted stem cells and other cells for repair replacement and treatment strategies in experimental models, with plans to translate studies to Clinical Trials.

We are also seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow with training in stem cell biology, hematopoietic and/or neural stem cell biology, homing, gene functional study including gene transfection, promoter construct, and other techniques that will facilitate the tracking and incorporation of stem cells in various experimental models. The LDRR laboratory is equipped with cell and molecular biology, chemistry, and tissue culture labs.
