We are looking for a talented person to join our voice and video research team to help us develop new products in the echo and noise control area. Working at GIPS you will see your ideas become real products quickly.  Your work duties will include development of new products for real-time communications over packet networks by taking new ideas all the way to complete products. The work also includes enhancements of current solutions.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will typically have an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.  More specifically, we are looking for a person that fulfills the following list of requirements:

• Ph.D. or M.S. degree
• Previous experience in signal processing
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meeting time limits
• Must be a team player

Desired Skills:

• C and C++ programming skills
• Previous experience in echo and noise control

• Previous VoIP experience
