CRM Manager

 

Cross-functional position owning the CRM initiative for direct mail campaigns and acquisition/retention strategies. Requires a strong business sense, quantitative analytics background, and client management skills.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a team of 2-5 Junior and Senior level Analysts.
  • Construction of CRM initiatives and processes.
  • Strategically reporting on market conditions, insight, analytical tools, and measurement/metrics.
  • Interface with clients to ensure all goals and objectives are clear and delivered according to deadlines.
  • Partner on long term plans for primary research, targets, and program developments.
  • Some hands on quantitative analysis, reporting, and review of statistical models.
  • Motivating all resources to deliver the best end result for the client.
  • Some local travel is necessary for this position.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands on quantitative analysis experience including advanced statistical modeling and segmentation studies.
  • 3+ years of managing a team of direct reports.
  • 3+ years of CRM experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Marketing background (Direct Mail preferred).
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience and thorough understanding of the Automotive industry.
  • Masters Degree is required, PhD preferred.
