Sr. Manager, Policy and Analysis

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and ensure adherence to acquisition and portfolio credit policies

2. Analyze product pricing, yields, and returns

3. Monitor the portfolio P&L and develop financial reports and forecasts

4. Identify business trends and opportunities based on internal portfolio performance and external environment

5. Coordinate above activities with Finance, Operations, and Risk Management

6. Other duties as assigned

 
Skills Required: 

• 2-4 years experience with designing and implementing credit policies for consumer financial products
• 2-4 years experience with financial analysis, including P&L and cash flow modeling
• Familiarity with databases and query tools, such as SQL
• Familiarity with one or more analytical tools, such as: SAS, KXEN, Knowledge Studio, and/or FICO ModelBuilder
• Student loan industry experience
• MBA or Masters degree in a quantitative discipline
• PhD preferred
