Jefferson Laboratory invites applications for post-doctoral positions in the JLab Theory Center, commencing late Summer or Fall 2009. Preference will be given to hadronic/nuclear theorists with interests that overlap the JLab Scientific program, including lattice QCD. The successful candidates will have a strong record of research accomplishments, and an ability to interact successfully with experimental colleagues.

 Ph.D. in Theoretical, Nuclear, Particle, or High-Energy Astrophysics is required.

The Department of Energy's Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility, or Jefferson Lab (JLab), is a basic research laboratory built to probe the nucleus of the atom to learn more about the quark structure of matter.
