Senior business growth manager for a prestigious money manager

Responsibilities:

• Structuring opportunities, analyzing these opportunities and presenting synthesis and recommendations back to business leaders on how to approach and prioritize new business initiatives.
• Solving and structuring difficult business questions as well as effectively working multiple stakeholders through decision making and recommendations.
• Drive the development of innovative investment ideas throughout North American business
• Provide leadership throughout the business opportunity process
• Broad interaction with Executive committee as well as with senior business leaders and with the corporate strategy team.

Requirements:

• 7+ years financial services experience/expertise
• Experience in the asset management industry, ideally on the retail and distribution side.
• Background in modeling, money management or product development a plus.
• Very strong analytical skills: able to gather and synthesize information from ambiguous sources, draw conclusions and summarize issues for an executive audience
• Decisive, able to operate independently. High personal and professional integrity
• MBA from top program
