Proprietary trading firm in Chicago is expanding its Quantitative branch hiring for a Quant Strategist to design and execute quant models in commodities.

The group is looking for a natural gas, oil and energy Quantitative strategist to drive revenue for the growing team. Prior experience in quantitative trader with exposure to the commodities space. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of quantitative trading from idea generation to optimization and execution.

Requirements:

- 2+ years in quantitative trading

- Experience and market knowledge in Commodities

- PhD or Masters in Physics, computer science, applied math, statistics, operations research, engineering

- Proficiency in VBA
