Startup financial services software company is looking for an experienced hands-on computational linguistics professional.  This person should be experienced in dealing with text & data mining, natural language processing, machine learning and entity extraction.  This person will be building the "brains" of the system that is currently being built.  Like all startups, initial base salary will be low, but substanticial equity will be provided.

Requirements:

• Very strong C++ and/or Java programming skills.
• Very strong Unix and Linux skills.
• Relevant experienced described above is a must.
• PHD in CS is preferred.
• Strong verbal and communication skills are expected.
• Building and manging teams is a big plus.
