High Profile strategy opportunity within the premier product group of prestigious money manager

Responsibilities:

• Structuring innovative solutions to growth opportunities both organically as well as new product development and/or market investments.
• Drive the development of high impact client solutions and marketing / distribution ideas throughout North American business
• Provide leadership throughout the business opportunity process, including sales, marketing, pricing, and distribution.
• Solving and structuring difficult business questions as well as effectively working multiple stakeholders through decision making and recommendations.
• Broad interaction with Executive committee, senior business leaders and corporate strategy teams.

Requirements:

• 7+ years financial services experience/expertise
• Must have 2-3 years post MBA experience within top tier consulting firm (eg; Bain, McKinsey, Boston Consulting, Booz Allen), ideally within a non-M&A financial services practice area
• Experience in the asset management industry, ideally on the retail and distribution side.
• Background in modeling, money management or product development a plus
• Excellent communication skills at the executive level. Ability to strategically think outside the box
• Decisive, able to operate independently. High personal and professional integrity
• MBA from top program
