Prestigious Global Investment Bank is recruiting a Head of Product Control for North America

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership of a cross functional department supporting all traded products in the US
• Ensure a high-performing team through effective hiring, staff development and coaching.
• Work closely with Trading, Risk, and Operations groups to assess the operational process and risks involved with current and projected activity
• Implement best practices in control, valuation, substantiation, provisioning, and results analysis
• Provide oversight for the end-to-end process of derivatives, ensuring quality of control across all upstream and downstream processing groups
• Co-ordinate with global counterparts as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with other departments, including technology, operations and senior management. 
• Ensure all systems and processes employed conform to compliance policies.

Requirements:

• Senior level experience leading a large (50+) team of Product Controllers covering Cash and Derivative Products in a wide range of asset classes
• Must be a change agent, versed in implementation of strategic, global initiatives within a demanding environment.
• Solid collaborative approach in working with senior management in all areas of the bank
• CPA with 15+ years experience within Product Control, Finance, or Risk Management
• Previous experience within a European Investment bank preferred.
• Fluency in French, additional European languages preferred
