Positions available for postdoctoral scholars to utilize neutron activation analysis and other techniques to anaylze rates and mechanisms of weathering of igneous rocks. The scholar will also learn to use reactive transport modelling in collaboration with DOE scientists and the Penn State Center for Environmental Kinetics Analysis to simulate weathering reactions. This is a one year fixed term appointment with a strong possibility for renewal. The supervisor for this project is Susan L. Brantley.
