SCG Paper, a paper business under The Siam Cement Group (SCG), is the integrated producer of paper products, consisting of pulp and printing & writing paper, packaging paper, and also corrugated containers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the assigned research project. Main tasks are as follow:

• Develop R&D projects as well as new product/process by means of tracking the future trend of technology
• Solve or resolve the complex product/process problems and provide the solutions
• Suggest new investigations and prepare project proposals
• Improve the quality of product/process
• Integrate R&D projects with related market or technology functions
• Coaching or supervising to the lower-level professionals

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, Polymer Science, Nanotechnology, Plant genetic engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pulp and Paper Technology, Printing and Packaging technology or other related fields
• Research project experienced is advantageous
• Have undergone the appropriate training
• Be foresight, open to the new ideas, and able to think and work independently
