Research work is emphasized on developing measurement techniques for fresh and plastic mixtures as well as developing materials and processes which influence fresh and plastic properties, such as binding materials, organic admixtures, mineral additives, and aggregates. The Rheology group plays a key role in ensuring science that supports marketability of the products since fresh and plastic properties are key constrains in producing high performance concrete.
