The Huttenhower lab in the Department of Biostatistics at the Harvard School of Public Health is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. This researcher will join a growing lab working in the area of functional genomic data integration, with a particular focus on metazoan and microbial interaction network analysis as applied to the study of human disease. The successful applicant will pursue research in heterogeneous data integration and mining, concentrating on one of the lab's areas of interest: functional network analysis of pathogen populations and metagenomic communities; tissue-, temporal-, and disease-specific regulatory modeling from large human genomic data collections; data mining for functional linkages to disease; and close collaboration with laboratory biologists.
