􀂊Earned doctorate from an AACSB, or EQUIS, accredited institution in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
􀂊Academically Qualified under AACSB guidelines
􀂊Record of scholarship, teaching, and professional service commensurate with the rank of professor* or associate professor**
􀂊Collaborative leadership style with an appreciation for the principles of shared governance
􀂊Evidence of successful interaction with the business community
􀂊Effective communication and organizational skills

*For appointment at the professor rank, a minimum of 9 years college/university teaching experience is required (at least 5 of which are at the associate professor level) along with a strong record of research and service with substantial publications and presentations in professional venues.
**For appointment at the associate professor rank, a minimum of 4 years college/university teaching experience at the assistant professor rank required plus a strong record of research and service with publications and presentations in professional venues.
􀂃Preferred Qualifications:

􀂊Evidence of successful academic administrative ability and effectiveness
􀂊Experience in the development and management of graduate programs and with student recruiting
􀂊Experience with teaching and dissertation committee service in a doctoral program
􀂊Evidence of successful fundraising and/or grant writing experience
􀂊Ability to develop and deliver courses for the Ph.D. program in logistics and supply chain management
􀂊Experience working with a diverse student body
