Required Qualifications:
Earned doctorate from an AACSB, or EQUIS, accredited institution in logistics, supply chain management, or related field Academically Qualified under AACSB guidelines Record of scholarship, teaching, and professional service commensurate with the rank of professor* or associate professor** Collaborative leadership style with an appreciation for the principles of shared governance Evidence of successful interaction with the business community Effective communication and organizational skills
*For appointment at the professor rank, a minimum of 9 years college/university teaching experience is required (at least 5 of which are at the associate professor level) along with a strong record of research and service with substantial publications and presentations in professional venues. **For appointment at the associate professor rank, a minimum of 4 years college/university teaching experience at the assistant professor rank required plus a strong record of research and service with publications and presentations in professional venues. Preferred Qualifications:
Evidence of successful academic administrative ability and effectiveness Experience in the development and management of graduate programs and with student recruiting Experience with teaching and dissertation committee service in a doctoral program Evidence of successful fundraising and/or grant writing experience Ability to develop and deliver courses for the Ph.D. program in logistics and supply chain management Experience working with a diverse student body
