Job Title: Ophthalmic Genetics and DNA Diagnostics, Dr. Xinjing Wang
Description:

A postdoctoral fellowship position is available in NEI to study molecular mechanism of human ophthalmic genetic diseases. This fellowship will primarily focus on genomic analysis of human genes for regulation of gene expression. The lab is a CLIA certified molecular diagnostic laboratory on the NIH campus and has diversified clinical and research activities including development of leading technology in genomic researches.

Applicant should be a highly motivated individual and able to conduct independent research.
Applicant must have Ph.D. and/or M.D. with receipt of the last graduate degree within the past 5 years. Applicant should have strong background in molecular biology and cell biology. Research experience documented by peer-reviewed publications is required. Research experience in epigenetics is highly desired.
