A postdoctoral position is available immediately focused on the role of Pyk2 kinase in aggressive growth of metastatic breast cancer. This is a post-graduate entry-level position in which the individual is responsible for assisting with research activities as well as conducting independent research projects when appropriate under limited supervision. The project will involve cell co-culture, gene silencing and overexpression, ChIP assay, and protein purification.
