Job Title: MR sequence and workflow development & Multi-modality image fusion
Description:

An industry funded project is available to study:

MR sequence and workflow development
Work closely with the team from Princess Margaret Hospital with responsibility for supporting the development and implementation of new and modified MR sequences suitable for improving the diagnostic capability and workflow on MR and Radiation Oncology Treatment techniques.

Multi-modality image fusion
Work within a multidisciplinary team to develop image fusion of different Radiological modalities (MR, CT, US) and pre- and post-treatment analysis algorithms for tumor radiation therapy. Algorithm development will focus on automated techniques.

The successful candidate must hold a Ph.D., or Masters degree with 3-years experience, in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or MR physics with experience in MR sequence development and image reconstruction techniques.
