We have a new opportunity for an Associate Scientist II or Scientist I in the Bioassay Group within the Analytical Biochemistry Department at our client BioPharmaceutical company.

Major Duties and Responsibilities (including supervising others): The successful candidate will carry out development, qualification and validation of cell-based bioassays for biological characterization and testing of biopharmaceutical products, such as humanized monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins.

Position Requirements:
· Candidate must have expertise and thorough understanding of cell-based assay technologies and their application in biological characterization for biologics, such as assays used for ADCC, CDC, cellular signaling, phosphorylation, receptor binding, cytokine secretion, cellular migration, proliferation and apoptosis.
