Principal Investigator: Dieter Wolf Duties & Responsibilities: A postdoctoral position is available to analyze and integrate large scale transcriptomic and proteomic datasets to decipher networks of transcriptional and posttranscriptional control in cancer cells. Our laboratory has designed a new activity-based protein capture technology for global profiling of ubiquitylation substrates using quantitative liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry. The main goals of this project are Requirements: Candidates must have a Ph.D., as well as a strong background in bioinformatics/biostatistics, computational biology, or systems biology. Highly motivated and creative individuals with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
