Burnham Institute for Medical Research, an independent, non-profit, public-benefit basic research organization, located in La Jolla, California, is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate.

A postdoctoral position is available for a project on combinatorial cancer therapies, with a special focus on the interaction between metabolism and signal transduction. The project involves close collaborations with systems biology and control theory experts as well as clinicians working with childhood leukemias at nearby UCSD. The postdoc will have access to advanced high-throughput automated technology for biological experimentation and will utilize data from omics measurements (metabolomics and microarrays) as part of an interdisciplinary team. Requirements: Candidates must have a PhD. Previous experience in cancer biology, and a strong interest in systems biology are required.
