Head of US Commodities Quant Analytics (MD)

My client, a top tier investment bank are looking for a regional head of Commodities Quant Analytics to run the Commodities Quant Analytics groups in Houston and New York. The team is scaled of 8 people and looking to grow out to 12 by the end of 2010.

For this role you will:

Strong Quant Analytical Skills in Model Development and Implementation Skills
A Very Strong Mathematical Background in Derivative Pricing
A Good understanding of Power, Gas and Oil derivative models/products
Strong interpersonal skills to work proactively with trading heads
Strong Leadership skills to mentor a rapidly growing group and increase headcount
Have AT LEAST 5 Years experience in the front office of a leading trading house/bank/fund
Carry the Corporate Title of a Director or Above
