Quantitative Trading Technology | High-Frequency Algorithmic Trading | Chicago QT
Our trading technology team is the heart of our business. We seek an outstanding programmer with significant experience in the design, development and optimization of algorithmic trading and automated execution platforms. You will direct the overhaul, replacement and up-scaling of existing infrastructure to facilitate greater equity trading volume, enable lower latency and future scalability.

You will collaborate with research and drive out the development of advanced execution algorithms and will head high-frequency implementation and optimization. Expertise developed within the Brokerage, CTA, and hedge fund space is highly sought. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and creative individual to make their mark within an established multi-strategy business.

You must satisfy the following criteria to qualify:

- A minimum of 3 years of success contribution in a celebrated quantitative trading business
- Superior performance in high-frequency/intra-day systematic trading and quantitative modeling
- Advanced education in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computing or quantitative discipline
- Excellent technical and analytical capabilities with C++/Java/Linux programming skills
