Responsibilities:

• Structuring innovative solutions to growth opportunities both organically as well as new product development and/or market investments.
• Drive the development of high impact client solutions and marketing / distribution ideas throughout North American business
• Provide leadership throughout the business opportunity process, including sales, marketing, pricing, and distribution.
• Analysis of targeted client segmentation, cross selling opportunities, and global footprint
• Broad interaction with Executive committee, senior business leaders and corporate strategy teams.

Requirements:

• 7+ years financial services experience / expertise within strategy / marketing
• Must have experience within a top tier consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, Boston Consulting, Booz) ideally within a financial services practice area
• Experience in developing new marketing strategies for various financial business lines in the US
• Excellent communication skills at the executive level. Ability to strategically think outside the box
• Decisive, able to operate independently. High personal and professional integrity
• MBA from top program
