Postdoctoral Position Available Immediately

An NIH-funded position is open in the Schildbach lab, Department of Biology, Johns Hopkins University (www.bio.jhu.edu/~Schildbach), to study the structures of proteins involved in bacterial conjugation using electron microscopy and other methods. Candidates must hold a PhD degree or equivalent, possess strong independent research abilities and excellent communication skills, and be highly self-motivated. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in protein expression and purification, protein chemistry, and structural techniques.
