A Postdoctoral Researcher/Visiting Scholar position in Materials Science and Engineering at University of Nevada, Reno: Dr. Qizhen Li's group seeks outstanding and self motivated candidates for research opportunity in mechanical behavior of light alloys. The position is available immediately.

Required skills/experience in one or several areas from the following list: microstructural characterization, materials modeling, mechanical characterization. Demonstrated ability to work productively on multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Education: A PhD degree in Materials Science and Engineering will be preferred, though other related background will also be considered.
