• MUST HAVE A MASTER OR PHD IN MATH OR COMP SCI
• MUST BE DEVELOPING APPLICATIONS CURRENTLY IN C++ OR C#
• MUST BE WILLING TO DO SOME PROGRAMMING
• NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO DO 100% QUANT WORK
• THIS ROLE WILL ALSO STAY AS A COMBINATION QUANT AND DEVELOPER.  
• THIS PERSON WILL BE EVALUATING ALL OF THERE CURRENT ALGORYTHYS. WILL THEN HAVE TO DETERMINE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO MAKE THEM MORE EFFICENT/PROFITABLE  AND THEN  ACCOMPLISH WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE .
• MUST HAVE EXPIRENCE WITH EITHER ALGO TRADING, PROGRAM TRADING, HIGH FREQUANCY TRADING, ARBITRAGE TRADING.   
• MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO INTERACT WITH THE TRADERS AND OTHER QUANTS ON A CONSTANT BASIS. WILL SIT WITH THE BUSINESS
