Job Title: Genomics and Next Generation Sequencing, Dr. Javed Khan
Description:

The Oncogenomics Section of the Pediatric Oncology Branch, at the Center for Cancer Research, National Cancer Institute has a postdoctoral position available immediately. Ongoing research efforts involve genomic approaches to the investigation of Pediatric Solid Tumors using next generation sequencing techniques. The candidate will work on identifying genomic alterations that are associated with disease progression and poor prognosis using sequence based analysis as well as the identification of biologically and clinically relevant Single Nucleotide Variants or mutations. Candidate should be a U.S. citizen or a Permanent Resident, hold a Ph.D. or M.D., and have an interest in oncology as well as experience in genomics or next generation sequencing methods. Candidates should have less than 3 years' postdoctoral experience.

This position is subject to a background investigation.
