The School of Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, ranked #1 in the country for its prestige, invites applications and nominations for a tenure track faculty position in Innovation. Successful candidates should have an earned doctorate or expected degree completion by August 2010 with an emphasis in an area of innovation management, technology entrepreneurship and/or technology management. Candidates should have demonstrated potential for teaching excellence at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and a record of success in or potential for scholarly research and publication in leading academic journals. Candidates must have the ability to operate in a participative, multidisciplinary environment and a willingness to be a relevant actor of the innovation efforts being developed at our University. The candidate’s ability to relate theoretical aspects of the innovation process with their application to the Chilean society and Latin America will be valued. Spanish is not required.
