Job Title: Post-doctoral position in small animal CT imaging research and technique development
Description:

Purpose: to work on small animal imaging research and development

Duties: develop a processing pipeline for automatic segmentation and extraction of murine cardiac anatomical and functional measures using images acquired with a unique micro-CT system

Education/experience: PhD and a strong background in image processing (especially for small animals), image registration, segmentation, and experience in computer programming (MATLAB, C, use of libraries like VTK, ITK).
