1. Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. Degree in Physics related majors, EE, or other major with profound knowledge about electromagnetic field, from a top university;

• Must be able to undertake independent R&Dprojects and be motivated to initiate and conduct interdisciplinary product oriented researches;

2. Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in product oriented R&D projects assigned by the Institute;

• Engaged in intellectual property protection, patents and technical disclosure writing;

• Paper writing.

3. Benefits:
