We are looking for a highly motivated, interactive individual to join a team of basic scientists and physicians whose aim is to develop potent new immune-based approaches for the treatment of cancer. We use mouse models to develop new treatments for patients with cancer. The focus of our present efforts is on adoptively transferring tumor-specific T lymphocytes. Current projects include Wnt and cytokine signaling in the activation and differentiation of T cell. Another focus is on the genetic manipulation of T cells with micro-RNAs, transcription factors, and cell surface molecules to enhance the functions of T cells. To apply: |
