The Interventional Radiology Research Lab in the Diagnostic Radiology Department at the NIH has postdoctoral fellowship openings for qualified Ph.D., M.D., or M.D./Ph.D. candidates interested in interventional oncology. Our lab focuses on three areas of interest: 1) "Smart" drug delivery using novel drug and device combinations, 2) Multi-modality image fusion and electromagnetic navigation, and 3) Image guided robotics. Targeted minimally invasive therapies using image guidance are essential tools for closing the gap between diagnosis and therapy.
