Under the direction of the Head of Access Services, the Interlibrary Loan Librarian is responsible for leading and supervising all interlibrary loan, intercampus loan, and document delivery services. The Interlibrary Loan Librarian supervises two full-time paraprofessional staff and 1-2 FTE student workers, and coordinates the intercampus lending activities at three other locations. The ILL Librarian provides leadership in evaluating, recommending, and implementing new technologies and service models, and represents the University to consortium partners at the state, regional, and national level. Additional duties include: setting and communicating policy, ensuring copyright compliance, preparing monthly and annual reports, maintaining and troubleshooting software and hardware, and remaining current with developments in the field. Some liaison and collection development activities may also be included. This is a full-time, non-tenure-track position with faculty status.
