Description:

The Center for Comparative NeuroImaging (CCNI) is a neuroimaging initiative in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School with a focus on the exploration of Psychiatric disorders and co-morbidities.  The CCNI invites applications for Research track position at the level of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor. Specifically, the studies in the CCNI utilize fMRI to identify and monitor neuronal activation associated with dysfunction in emotional, behavioral and cognitive processes in humans and animal models of mental health disorders.  Candidates must have strong research background in MRI techniques and technology.  The successful candidate is expected to establish and/or maintain an independent research program and play an integral role in new program initiatives.  The position is highly competitive with regard to salary and start-up funds.
