This individual will partner with Applications Engineering and Software Engineering to validate feature enhancements and algorithm revisions in the company’s mask synthesis product.  He/she must understand proposed changes or improvements,  then design and conduct experiments to assess the quality and validity of the proposed algorithms.  He/she must also be able to propose and architect solutions that improve the accuracy and speed of the algorithms used in the product.

Qualified applicants should have a M.S. in Engineering or Science with 5 or more years of industry experience in photolithography or RET or a Ph.D. in Engineering or Science.  Proficiency in one or more programming languages is highly desired.
