The Alliance for the Prudent Use of Antibiotics (APUA) is a global public health organization dedicated to improving antimicrobial access and use and controlling antimicrobial resistance. Founded in 1981 and located on the Tufts Medical School Campus in Boston, APUA conducts its public health research and education programs in conjunction with affiliated chapters in over 60 countries and leading national and international health organizations.

Qualifications:
Doctorate in microbiology, epidemiology, or ecology with experience in infectious diseases; peer-reviewed publications; and biostatistics experience.

Responsibilities:
Provide consultation in the design and analysis of studies related to reservoirs of antibiotic resistance.  Work with APUA scientists and international scientific consortia engaged in applied research; database design and analysis.  See www.roarproject.org for more information.
