Major Investment Management firm is seeking a Junior Research Analyst possessing a Masters/PhD in Economics, Finance, or other quantitative discipline.  This individual must 2-3 years experience in an economic or equity research group of a prominent financial institution.  On a daily basis, candidate will interact with Traders, Portfolio Managers, and other team members to identify trends and opportunities in the financial markets.  Ideal candidate will be driven, detail oriented, a quick learner, and someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.  Some programming knowledge with Excel and VBA are necessary.  Please speak with Barry for more information regarding this position.
