The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Boise State University (BSU) is seeking a tenure track faculty member at the assistant or associate professor level. The Department has specific needs in the fields of circuits and mixed signal processing. Candidates with significant industry accomplishments are also encouraged to apply. The College of Engineering is currently experiencing tremendous growth, offering ABET accredited programs, and enjoys strong support from high-tech industry located in the intermountain west. The new faculty member will be actively involved in developing the curriculum and research efforts to support a growing Ph.D. program. Successful candidates will be expected to make balanced contributions in both teaching and research and to coordinate with faculty and local industry to develop and sustain funded research programs. BSU is the largest university in Idaho, with an enrollment of more than 19,500 students. The University is located Idaho's capital city and largest metropolitan area, which serves as the government, business, high-tech, economic, health care, and cultural center of the state. The city is convenient to outdoor recreation including world-class whitewater rivers, skiing, mountain biking, fishing, and camping
