Argonne National Laboratory has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral; chemical engineer appointee in the Process Modeling & Aerosol program.  The successful candidate will engage in programs involving expertise in thermal-hydraulics modeling, chemical reaction engineering, electrochemical systems, system analysis, and design of advances energy conversion systems for stationary and transportation applications.  A background in polymer electrolyte or solid oxide fuel cells is a definite plus.  The candidate will work in developing analytical techniques and software relevant to ongoing programs; interpreting analytical and experimental results; relating them to physical phenomena and engineering; and preparing progress reports, participating in and making technical presentations to the technical community.
