Position: Genomics Sales Manager -
Eastern Region

As the Life Science and Chemical Analysis Business (LSCA) Eastern Region Genomics Sales Manager you will play a key role in leading and managing the genomics product specialists.

You will partner closely with the Genomics Solutions Business Unit in developing the long-term strategic business plans through participation and contribution to the Strategic Planning Review process. You will also be responsible for the creation and implementation of the Genomics operational plan and measurement of the Genomics related business initiatives.

Qualifications:

Requires:
- BS/MS Degree in Molecular Biology or equivalent, MBA desired
- 3+ years progressive management/leadership experience within a Sales/Marketing/Field
Support organization or equivalent with typically 3-5 years practical experience.
- Track record of exceeding results in a Sales Management/leadership role is essential
- Must have demonstrated genomics domain expertise
- Hands-on results oriented experience in the creation and execution of successful business plans
- Experience in establishing strategic customer relationships is a must
- Excellent communications skills
