We have been retained by a financial guarantee and services company seeking to fill a newly created highly visible role within the organization.  The First Vice President-Methods, Technology and Operational Risk will manage the Capital Risk and Analysis unit and staff and contribute to the firm's capital allocation and risk measurement processes. The unit is the focal point for developing solid, defensible information for the investor, shareholder, and rating agency communities.  Requirements: Seven years or more of risk management experience in credit and/or market risk. Knowledge and experience in modern methods of risk-adjusted performance measurements, including RaRoC and SVA.  Strong econometric skills and financial engineering capabilities.  PhD in Economics or Finance preferred.
