Candidate requirements

• PhD/PharmD with 4 to 5 years of professional writing experience in multiple therapeutic areas
• Understand marketing strategies, and able to play major role in publication planning

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific direction internally to writing staff and account team and externally to clients and authors
• Oversee work of multiple writers
• Ensure quality standards of writing staff and freelancers
• Assist in recruitment, training, and mentoring writers
• Support new business pitches
• Provide writing support for projects
• Attend scientific/client meetings
• Conduct strategic planning, including development of publication plans
